📋 PURE STOCKS CLASS RULES — $500 FOR 5 (Sept 26th)
BASE RULE Area track rules apply, with the following exceptions and additions:
TIRES & WHEELS
8″ tires and wheels maximum
Bead locks allowed on right side only
Maximum offset (including spacers): 2″
ENGINE
Vacuum: 15″ @ 1000 RPM minimum
Maximum lift: .450″
500 2-barrel carburetor must pass go/no-go gauges
Rev limiter: MSD 8727 rev box set at 6200 RPM — no exceptions for higher-RPM boxes; everyone runs the same cap for fairness. MUST RUN REV LIMITER.
HOME TRACK RULES
Cars must be legal to their home track’s rules
Home track must be specified at check-in

It is with Great Sadness that announce the passing of #41 Randy Morgan, no he was not a regular Twister Driver, but through the years I stockcar raced we were closely pitted to each other, and you wouldn’t find a kindlier & courteous human being. Cancer shows no favoritism; Randy battled hard against this decease. As of late he was an awesome/fierce competitor in 417 Outlaw Karting Association and not to be takin lightly on the Track. I will miss my friend along with all others that knew him. Please keep Carol his wife & family in your thoughts and prayers.

A Great Night of Racing at Twister Alley Saturday evening
as close to 70 Drivers checked in at the gate. Down a few
Karts due to rain showers in the area. This Promoter was
a little worried with watering the Track and then a pretty
good rain shower at noon, but come Race time Tony & I had
the Track ready to Rip! Twister had a Special Guest in
U.S. Navy Seaman Veteran Chuck Whitcomb who Celebrated
his 100th Birthday by driving a Kart and presenting are
Nations Colors during the National Anthem. This was a very
moving & respectful scene before the nights event started.
I want to Thank our Vendors who came and made the Event
so special: Wildcat Ice Cream, Chrissy’s Sip n Sweets,
Butterfield Fire Fighters Aux Concessions and P1 Kart Werks.
Next Race at Twister will be Sept 26th with the Pinkout!!!
This Race is set aside to show Respect to those we have
lost to Breast Cancer and Honor those who have Beat and
are fighting the Dreaded Disease.
There will be a Powder Puff Race for the Ladies who have never
raced before in the Clone & Predator Divisions that night.
