This one is special! On May 2nd when we have the 4 State Dirt Late Model Series in town, Monett Motor Speedway along with the Hobbs family will host the Dream Factory of SWMO! Attention parents of minors:
In an effort to improve the pit entry process, this year we will have an ID card issued to minors once the insurance waiver is on completed and file. This should speed up the paperwork process when arriving.
The form is 2 sided, with BOTH parents signing on the front and the minor signing on the back. If both parents are not available to sign we can talk about options when you arrive with the form.
Because the form is 2 sided, its not easily printable. If you would like one mailed, please PM and we will send one out.
NOTE: If you don’t have the form filled out prior to arrival, both parents must be present to sign at the gate.
