It’s official, the Outlaws will finish up the 10 race season Saturday Nov 22nd at Twister Alley Raceway.
Series director / owner Casey Mooneyham made it official setting a date with Chip Abramovitz late last week to put this deal together to crown a 417 OKA Series Champ in Butterfield, Mo.
Mooneyham comments: we was in the lookout for a track to host our 10th and final event. We have a few really good places here in our backyard, Pond Creek Speedway ( which has had 4 races but now has a “donkey” of a neighbor and keeps turning him in for noise ordinance) show we kinda have lost them and we have Tater Patch Speedway ( where we had our Bottomless 30 at for round 4, which will host round 9 on Saturday Nov 8th) We have made new relations with another track up north here recently at Pittsburg International Motorsports Park in Pittsburg, Mo ( who has hosted the last 2 events ). We just don’t want to water down the area with to many specials at one track Each track has their identity and has the ability to pack the house, and great atmosphere , so we want to keep doing that when we visit these tracks.
James Smith, one of our regulars, reached out and said “hey if you needing place to race for the finale , I think Chip would have one”.
And so here are. Chip was in and very welcoming bout it. So we said, let’s do it. It’s good for our Series to get to go to new and different places. I’m excited and I think a lot of our guys are too..
The Outlaws are in action this Sunday October 26th at E3 Speedway for the Halloween themed Goblin 40.
Then Saturday Nov 8th at Tater Patch Speedway
And the Finale Saturday Nov 22nd at Twister Alley
Point battles continue to heat up with Cousins Casey And Lake Mooneyham just separate themselves by 8 points. 6 points separate 3rd and 4th place Mike McCormack and Randy Morgan. And then 5th thru 7th Noah Tattershall, James Smith, Race Looney all with in 9 points of each other. A lot to keep an eye on over the next 3 races.
So come on out and enjoy some racing.
Every Night Is A Shootout.

It is obvious that we always watch the weather. It looks like we will get rain this weekend. It can hurt us and/or help us. We will do our best to get as much racing as we can in. Yes it can get muddy, but we have too much invested in this weekend to let it get us.
SO YES WE ARE STILL HAVING OUR RACES AS PLANNED. Times may vary due to weather so if you’re having a tough time getting there let us know please.
