Predator Rules
2025/2026 season
Adult Age: 15+
– [ ] Predator 212 racers, Be sure you understand and follow our rules.
– [ ] Harbor Freight Stock Predator 212 Hemi motor only.
– [ ] The intent of this class is to run the motors out of the box with only modifications in these rules.
– [ ] If the rules don’t say you can alter it then it MUST be stock!
– [ ] Motor is to remain stock as from factory and will be teched to stock 212 Predator Hemi motors.
– [ ] No mixing of parts Hemi / Non-Hemi
– [ ] Removal of governor ok
– [ ] Removal of fuel tank is mandatory
– [ ] Air filter adapter ok
– [ ] Hemi motors must run a thick head gasket .042 min.
– [ ] Lapping of valves and seat ok.
– [ ] No grinding of valve seats is allowed.
– [ ] Main jet non-tech
– [ ] Low speed jet non tech.
– [ ] Valve springs will be tech to clone 10.8 and 18 pound checks.
– [ ] No valve spring shims allowed.
– [ ] No light weight retainers. Must be stock.
– [ ] Adult run big pipe and muffler, header must be wrapped but not muffler. NO MODIFICATIONS!!
– [ ] Muffler must be tight to the header. Lose muffler or header will be DQ’d
– [ ] DRUM CLUTCH ONLY!!!!!
– [ ] No building/blue printing will be allowed.
– [ ] Emma Indoor Raceway may tech or claim a motor at any time.
– [ ] Open tire rule for slick classes. Any manufacturer tread tire for treaded classes.
– [ ] Tire testing will be done in treaded classes. “I bought these tires used” is not an excuse.
– [ ] No Slicks or tire prep allowed in the Predator Treaded classes.
– [ ] Fuel: Pump gas 87 octane only NO OTHER ALTERATIONS
Cheating in this class will not be tolerated !!!
