As much as I’d love to be posting more #LP75 updates, I just don’t have anything new to show unfortunately. We’re still awaiting graphics and the power plant and with the holidays and both vendor’s workload, all we can do is patiently (or in my case impatiently) wait until our slot opens.
I did however score a really cool July 1997 edition of Stock Car Racing Magazine off of eBay with a great spread about the 5-Time NASCAR National Champion (who is unfathomably still not in the NASCAR HoF).
Thought you might enjoy a good read about LP while you await more project updates. 🏁

It’s like early Christmas for Jake’s Rc Raceway! Thomas E Shaw Jr and his staff with Show-Me Dirt will be back on hand for the 2025 Slick Tack Nationals! Thank you Thomas & staff. We greatly appreciate you all for doing this for our track and racers!

Twister Alley’s last 2 🎅Christmas Parades will be this Saturday. 1st- Monett, #35 Line-up by 10:30am at 4th & Front str. with Parade starting at 11am. 2nd- Aurora, Line-up by 1:15pm on South side of Football field on West Pleasant Str with Parade starting at 2pm. Temps in the 50’s!!!!🌥

Fun night in the shop!! We have 1 more week before the Christmas break. We had a few new students join tonight and some out sick.

December 7th🎅 Christmas Parade update: Purdy at 10am, line up at Purdy High School by 9:30am Parade attendant will direct you. Cassville at 6pm, Line up at Field House parking lot at the end of 14th street behind the football field by 5:15pm Entry #57 (Karts will be on pavement at all times) Temps for Saturday mid to upper 50’s, its going to be a Fun Time!!!! People Love to See the Karts!!!!👀
