Pulled a double shift today. This morning helped out a friend who was having some rig troubles, got that knocked out then went to the big city and got the pleasure to spray in one of the tallest buildings in Springfield. 100 degree weather doesn’t stop us!

It’s just about go time for the Topeka Quarter Midget Association morning make-up race at Jake’s Rc Raceway. Racers, pay attention to the start times as they have changed a little to try to fit both these races in on the same day and on time. We will be pushing; no waiting on transponders and racers not being ready for this event; we have to move swiftly. Everyone racing needs to be on time to hot lap with their class. Jessica Christie has put together a lot of cool things for these youth racers for this event, so don’t miss out. We appreciate her helping reconnect our tracks. Also, James Grist, thank you for donating $200 for the 50+ late models: $100 for 1st, $75 for 2nd, and $25 for 3rd. See you all trackside!

Update for Tally Shaw.
This morning, around 4am, I believe, I had to be sedated. At 7 am, they stopped the sedation, and at this time, she has not come out of it. They have run a CT scan and many other tests, lots of blood tests, and still can’t find anything causing this.
It’s been a fix this will cause that.
Prayers are much appreciated.

It’s been a hectic few months around the Parker household and I appreciate your patience in awaiting all the news for 2026
Gary and I have a final meeting on Dec 7th and will have all the details for racing done by then.
What we do have I a date for the banquet it’s going to be January 24th
I am looking for suggestions on catering in the butter area.

I have been working on track this morning. I have it opened up to dry. If forecast is correct and we don’t get any more rain this morning clouds should move out about 11:00 we will be able to race. I will let everyone know by noon what the verdict is.

Anyone have a black 5×5 2 off I could buy in the morning? Doesn’t have to be a beadlock.
Also: decided I wanted to ride the wall for some reason. Probably avoid this tactic from here on out.
