With the rain we received over night and the looming chance coming at race time we’re going to go ahead and pull the plug on tonight’s races. Not something we wanted to do but we feel this is the best decision all things considered. Thank you to all our drivers and fans who support us. We’ll try it again next week to get the season going.

🏁 FRIDAY NIGHT RACING IS ALMOST HERE!
After getting rained out, Electric City Speedway is back and ready to finally kick off the 2026 season this Friday night, presented by Family Center Farm and Home!
They’ve got a BIG one lined up — the Midwest Hornet Dirt Series is rolling into the fast 1/3 mile, and they’re bringing the heat. Last count shows 50+ drivers from across the country signed up, so expect some wild, door-to-door action in that class all night long.

4️⃣ more sleeps until race day!!! This Friday night Electric City Speedway presented my Family Center Farm and Home will fire off the 2026 season!! All 6 of our core classes will roar to life this Friday night!! We will have the Concrete Co. USRA B-Mod’s, Jacks and Aces Events POWRi Super Stocks, the Motorsports of Kansas City POWRi Midwest Mods, A-1 Trading USRA Hobby Stocks, All-In Dumpster Rental USRA Tuners, and the BHB Creations & Co. ECS Strictly Stocks!
Gates will open at 5 with hot laps at 7:30!

Last night was our Rookie Spectacular for the Rookie Beginner class.
To qualify for this event, drivers had to participate in 8 out of 10 points races. We had 8 young drivers in the Rookie Beginner class that meet those qualifications and went home with the BIG trophies and goodie bags. All riders were recognized and went home with goodie bags.
